Picking a first flavor is easier than it looks: start with the Classic. Here's the rest of what I'd tell you before you order.
Snowcubes are our version of snowflake crisp (雪花酥). Each box is 12 pieces — six sealed packs of two — made to order in our Queens kitchen.
Why the Classic first
Cranberry and pistachio in a not-too-sweet marshmallow nougat, with a cracker crunch behind the first bite. If you've never had snowflake crisp, it shows you the whole idea in one piece.
Shipping and arrival
We make each box after you order, so current timing lives on the shipping page — better than a date going stale here.
When it arrives, let the pieces come to room temperature before you bite in; that's when the cracker and nougat land together. Storage details are in the serving guide.
If you're gifting
One line that sounds like you is plenty. Choose the Gift Wrap + Card option on the flavor page and write your note there; we tuck it into the box by hand.
