Keep Snowcubes sealed at room temperature and enjoy them within about two weeks. We make them in small batches in Queens, then ship fresh on scheduled ship dates. The regular cutoff is Friday at 3 PM ET for the following Monday ship date. Around holidays, choose an available ship date in your cart.
