The one that started everything — tart dried cranberries and roasted pistachios in a chewy snowflake crisp, the traditional Taiwanese recipe, the way we first fell for it. Not too sweet; the cranberry and the pistachios carry it, the marshmallow just holds them together.
Everything is handmade to order in our small Queens kitchen, which also handles milk, wheat, tree nuts (pistachio, almond, coconut), soy, egg, peanut, and sesame — so none of our flavors are made on dedicated allergen-free or gluten-free equipment.
