Review policy

How Snowcubes collects, verifies, moderates, and removes customer reviews.

How we collect reviews

Snowcubes asks customers to review products after they purchase or receive them. We may also invite past customers to leave a review through a private link tied to the product they ordered. A photo is optional, but it helps future customers understand texture, size, and real serving moments.

Verified labels

Verified order means the review was submitted through a private Snowcubes review flow tied to a matching paid and fulfilled order. Verified reviewer or Gift recipient means we have evidence that the reviewer experienced the product, but we are not saying they personally purchased it. We do not manually upgrade reviews because they sound believable or positive.

Incentives

Snowcubes does not plan to offer rewards in the first review wave. If we ever offer a coupon, free product, giveaway entry, or other material reward for writing a review, we will disclose that near the review and in any review feed. Rewards must never depend on whether the review is positive.

Moderation

We review submissions before publishing. We may hide or remove content that includes spam, harassment, hate or discrimination, explicit or illegal content, personal information, privacy requests, wrong-product content, duplicate submissions, fraud, or legal/safety issues. We do not hide reviews just because they are negative or low-star.

Photos

Review photos are optional. By uploading a photo, the reviewer confirms they own it or have permission to share it, and that Snowcubes may publish it with their review. Before a photo appears publicly, Snowcubes strips metadata, compresses the image, and approves it. A reviewer can ask us to remove a photo later without deleting the whole review.

Edits, deletion, and privacy

Customers can ask us to export, anonymize, or delete their review data. Customers can also request that a specific review photo be removed. Deleting a review removes it from public product pages, structured data, and future review feed exports.
